Hotcakes Bakery evokes childhood memories of the excitement of home baking and the mouth-watering anticipation of light fluffy cakes being removed from a warm oven. We are delighted to bring you those vivid memories baked to order in the Surrey Hills from our own delicious recipes and flavour combinations. We had grown tired of mass produced cupcakes and muffins which offered little flavour, variety or enjoyment and decided that the cake connoisseur deserved to experience cakes prepared and crafted with passion.
We use only the finest ingredients including organic milk and, wherever possible, Fairtrade products. We are pleased to use free range eggs from Sondes Place Farm which is just one mile away from our premises. At Hotcakes Bakery we bake our cakes in small batches to ensure that our luxury cakes are packed with flavour and are of the perfect consistency – they are cakes with taste!
